Each driver must have a legal licence. There is a small added fee for drivers under the age of 25.
We ask for a deposit of 50% of the quoted amount to secure the booking. Foreign payments must all be made in full at least 10 days before pick up unless otherwise arranged.
When travelling on routes that are not indicated as public roads or a maintained gravel road, the insurance will not cover any damage or loss due to unsafe roads. Driving in the dunes or on the beach is not encouraged and clients will be held responsible for any and all damage.
We offer phone support and if possible we will help where it is possible, depending on where the client is at that stage.
We are available to assist you when needed. However, please keep in mind that, like any business, normal working hours apply. Additionally, when sourcing parts or support services, their availability during standard business hours should also be considered.
